We offer outstanding home watch services weekly, bi-weekly and monthly inspections and thorough reporting.
Our basic service includes the following:
Checking windows, doors, garages and exteriors for any signs of entry
Ensuring air conditioning and /or furnace is functioning properly
Making sure all doors, windows and garage locks are secure and locked
Checking for signs of insects, rodents and other pests
Looking for roof or gutter damage, such as mold, mildew, or leaks
Running the sinks and showers, as well as flush toilet to prevent pipes from seizing
Additional Premium services:
Open residence for arrival
We can prepare your home to your exact specifications for your or your guest’s arrival. This includes: adjust AC to comfortable temperature, ensure lighted entry for night arrival, light dusting and dry mop floors, turn on hot water heater. We can also include grocery shopping for an additional fee.
Close residence after departure
Immediately after you leave we can prepare your home for your absence. This includes: garbage removal, dishes washed, dried and put away, turn off hot water heater, adjust AC to energy efficient temperature, activate and check security system, ensure all windows are closed and locked. House cleaning will be also provided for an additional fee.
Grocery shopping
Upon request, we can restock your favorite items before you or your guests arrive.
Waiting services / Delivery presence
We will meet with deliveries, repairman and wait until they leave.
Coordinate and supervise contractors
We will schedule and coordinate meetings with contractors based on your requirements.
Hurricane preparation
Install hurricane protection systems and store any patio furniture or loose lawn items.
Post storm assessment & clean-up
Visual inspection of the property (interior and exterior) and document any visible damage.
Auto maintenance
Starting your vehicle, tire inspection, drive around the block.
Window cleaning
Includes cleaning of interior and exterior windows.
Pressure washing (lanai/driveway)
Includes driveways, pool area, sidewalks, patio and lanai area.
Emergency service response Responding to an emergency or home alarm.
Mail forwarding $15 per forward plus USPS priority mail cost.
During our scheduled home inspection we can pick up and forward your mail.
Airport limo service
Upon request we can pick you up at your home and drop-off at the airport.
